How to access the Virginia Regulatory Townhall

1. Go to www.townhall.virginia.gov
2. Click on “Enter Townhall.”
3. Click on “Secretariat” in blue field on left side of screen.
4. Scroll down to “Health and Human Resources” and click.
5. Scroll down to “Health Professions, Department of” and click.
6. Scroll down to the name of the Board and click.
7. This will display a page entitled “List Regulations.” From this page you can access each set of regulations (Chapter) promulgated by the Board by clicking on the appropriate VAC number. For example, by clicking on 18 VAC 125-20, you will bring up a page entitled “Regulation Information” on Regulations Governing the Practice of Psychology.
   From this page, you will be able to access the following information:
1. Text of the current regulation
2. Board Contact Information
3. Current and Past Regulatory Actions
4. Information about any Periodic Review of this regulation
5. Any Associated Petitions or requests to change the regulation
8. The Board page also contains access the following information by clicking on the item:
   1. Guidance Documents adopted by this Board
   2. Meetings scheduled for this Board.
   3. Past Board Meeting Minutes.

If you register as a Public User of the Townhall:

You can sign up for email notifications whenever a proposed regulatory action is open for public comment, and you can submit public comment on a regulatory action on-line through Townhall.
