Doctor Profile Data

Doctor Profile (www.vahealthprovider.com) data is now available for download by clicking on the link below. The data is stored in multiple text files which are compressed in a zip file. Included in the download are:

• data files,
• a data dictionary which explains each of the data files and the included fields and,
• a read me file which gives some background and explanation of the data.

Data will be updated quarterly in January, April, July and October.
