Non-Routine Reinspection - This application is required for funeral establishments or crematories undergoing any nonroutine structural changes. These include modifications such as remodeling a preparation room, structural changes to the establishment, installation of new or replacement crematory retorts resulting in structural changes, or installation of additional crematory retorts.
