Certain Virginia healthcare providers are authorized to administer COVID-19 vaccine in the Commonwealth in some capacity and are provided liability protection as set forth by Chapter 1 of the 2021 Acts of Assembly (House Bill 2333), Executive Order 60, and the federal amended PREP Act.
