COVID-19: Temporary waivers for various regulations

During this public health threat, DHP is establishing temporary waivers to various regulations during the declared state of emergency.

Update 3/31/2020 - The Board is now accepting Applications for Temporary License Reinstatement or Reactivation in response To COVID-19 Pandemic under Executive Order #51. Download the Request Form.
