DHP's active formal solicitations are posted on the eVA Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO) website. It is the prospective bidder/offeror’s responsibility to ensure that the entire solicitation package, in its latest version (including attachments or addenda), is reviewed prior to submitting a response. Questions pertaining to specific solicitations must be addressed to the Buyer named in the solicitation, not the Contract Administrator. Note: If bids or proposals are scheduled to be received during a period of suspended agency business operations, the rescheduled bid receipt and opening will take place at the same time on the next regular business day.
All Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposals, sole source award notices, and emergency award notices shall be posted on the DGS central electronic procurement system, commonly known as eVA VBO. Please go to the eVA VBO website to view all open solicitations currently accepting bids or proposals.
DHP does not make express or implied warranties with regard to Bid Opportunities. Neither DHP, its employees nor agents will be liable for any damages resulting from failure to include any announcement or notice in Bid Opportunities or resulting from any inaccuracies contained therein, or resulting from an Invitation for Bids or Request for Proposals not reaching the requester in time for preparation and timely submission of a bid or proposal, whether these damages be direct, consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, and whether the claims for these damages arise in the contract.
