Application Wizard - Veterinarian Faculty

An application requires the following documentation: 

• Licensure verification of all licenses ever held related to the practice of veterinary medicine, regardless of current status, in another U.S. jurisdiction.
• Verification from Dean of the veterinary medical education program of hire that includes an assessment of clinical competency and clinical experience qualifying the applicant for a faculty license.
