Certified Rehabilitation Provider (CRP)-Applicants

A Certified Rehabilitation Provider (CRP) is a person who is certified by the Board as possessing the training, skills, and experience as a rehabilitation provider to form an opinion by discerning and evaluating to allow for the determination or recommendation of the appropriate employment for a rehabilitation client and who may provide vocational rehabilitation services that involve professional judgement.

I have never held a CRP certification in any jurisdiction.    I have a bachelor’s  degree from a regionally accredited college or university.      

I have 2,000 hours of supervised experience performing services offered to worker’s compensation claimants. 

I have passed ONE of the following exams:

  • CRC Certification Exam given by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, or
  • CDMS given by the CDMS Commission, or
  • ADMS given by the CDMS Commission
I want to be a Certified Rehabilitation Provider in Virginia.

I hold a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Case Manager (CCM), or a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) certification.  I met the education, requirements to obtain a CRC, CCM, or CDMS certification.   I completed 2,000 hours of supervised experience to obtain a CRC, CCM, CDMS certification.  I met the examination requirements to obtain a CRC, CCM, or CDMS certification.  I want to be a Certified Rehabilitation Provider in Virginia.
