License Verifications

If you want to obtain a primary source verification of a Virginia Psychology license, there are two options:

• Use the free Department of Health Professions License Lookup service, or
• Completing the Request For Verification of Virginia Psychology License, paying the $25.00 fee, and mailing it to the Board of Psychology.
